• Administer subsidiary accounts and ledgers
• Work effectively in the accounting and bookkeeping industry
• Set up and operate a computerised accounting system
• Complete business activity and instalment activity statements
• Establish and maintain payroll systems

Admission criteria

Whilst there are no formal entry requirements for FNS40217 Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, the preferred pathway is:
 

• FNS30317 Certificate III in Accounts Administration or other relevant qualification/s.
• All (potential) students (applicants) need to demonstrate the required (appropriate) level of language, literacy and numeracy skills and knowledge to undertake a qualification at this level.

English language requirements

The minimum English language requirement for this course is met by either undertaking previous education in an English-speaking country or undertaking one of the following English language tests and obtaining the minimum requirements listed below.

IELTS Academic Module
A minimum overall score of 5.5 with no band less than 5.0.

TOEFL Internet-based Test (iBT)    
A minimum overall score of 46 with a minimum writing score of 21.

• The annual tuition fee for commencing students in 2022 is AUD $7,400.00.
• These fees are subject to annual increases each year of your study, effective at the start of each calendar year.
