Program Overview

You will undertake units that include an exploration of Yin Yoga and Prenatal Yoga and study the principles of Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga. You will learn to make client assessments and to tender Ayurvedic lifestyle advice. You will also gain the skills and knowledge to manage a small business such as a yoga studio or health centre, please note there are no specific qualifications in Ayurveda, Yin or Prenatal Yoga. You will receive certificates of attainment for Trauma Aware Yoga and Meditation along with you Diploma on graduation.This course will also deepen your own personal practice and further develop your teaching career with opportunities for teaching public classes.

Entry Requirement
As the course is delivered in English, it is recommended entrants hold:
- Language and literacy skills at a medium level of English proficiency, sufficient to interpret, explain, review and report on yogic philosophical concepts, as demonstrated through the following types of evidence: OR an Australian Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (SSCE) or its equivalent, or competencies that demonstrate equivalence at a comparable educational level and/or A Vocational or Higher Education qualification in Australia, in English, or their equivalent within the past 8 years
OR hold:
- An International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 5.5 overall (across all bands).
- Be over 18 years of age.
- Have a laptop or access to a computer.
- Students are required to undertake a pre-enrolment interview.
