Master of Legal Administration

The Master of Legal Administration comprises 12 subjects:
 

Law compulsory subjects (4 x 10cps)
 

• Legal Foundations A

• Legal Foundations B

• Foundations of Private Law

• Foundations of Public and Criminal Law
   

40cps of elective law subjects
 

Students must choose four law subjects from the list of postgraduate law subjects.
 

Students may choose to complete an optional Law Specialisation in one of the following areas:

• Canadian Law and Practice

• Corporate and Commercial Law and Practice

• Dispute Resolution

• International Business and Finance Law
   

To be eligible for a Law Specialisation, students must complete a minimum of four (4) of their law electives (40 credit points) within one of the above areas.

Students must choose four postgraduate subjects from any Faculty or School at Bond University.
 

International students
 

To fulfil student visa requirements, students will need to enrol in a minimum of 40 credit points per semester.  Under Australian student visa regulations the number of online subjects undertaken by student visa holders in this program cannot exceed 20 cps.

Completion of an undergraduate degree program in any field from an approved institution.

The below fees are based on the total estimated program fee divided by the number of standard full-time semesters required to complete the program. Fees may vary based on which subjects are selected and the number of subjects enrolled in for each semester.
 

Semester program fee:
 

• Students commencing study : $22,120* per semester average
   

Total program fee:
 

• Students commencing study : $66,360

This degree does not qualify a graduate for admission as a legal practitioner; rather, the program is intended for students from other fields and professions who wish to supplement their knowledge of law in a particular area.
