Completion of an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 Bachelor degree or equivalent from an approved institution.

The need for strategic planning of cities is increasing globally in what has been dubbed ‘the urban century’: The majority of the world’s people now live in urban areas: currently, over half of the global population live in cities and that proportion is expected to rise to significantly by 2050. City planners will play a major role in assisting cities to meet climate change challenges and take advantage of rapid advances in technology.

The Master of City Planning program at Bond University aims to produce practice-oriented city planners and urban designers with the capacity to play a leading role in shaping sustainable cities and regions.
