Alternative entry pathways

For those applicants who do not currently have the required academic qualifications, there are a number of alternative entry pathways:

• Bond University Tertiary Preparation programs

• Bond University Diploma programs

• Other institutional Tertiary Preparation Programs

• Vocational education and training qualifications (Certificate IV and above)

• Prior higher education experience (at this university or another)

• Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT)

• Professional or para-professional qualifications/experience

• Employment experience verified by a statement of service from the employer stating the position title and length of service and a very brief statement on the tasks undertaken.

The below fees are based on the total estimated program fee divided by the number of standard full-time semesters required to complete the program. Fees may vary based on which subjects are selected and the number of subjects enrolled in for each semester.
 

Semester program fee:

• Students commencing study : $21,040* per semester average
   

Total program fee:

• Students commencing study : $126,240

The Bachelor of Policy, Philosophy and Economics has been designed to prepare students to stand out in future positions in the public sector, including career opportunities in the public service, politics, public policy institutes, advocacy groups and the not-for-profit sector.  
 

The Bachelor of Laws, in conjunction with the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, is an approved degree for admission as a legal practitioner in Australia.  Once admitted, graduates can work as a legal practitioner.
 

Graduates could be by working in international organisations to create a more just, peaceful and prosperous world, or working in the not-for-profit sector to address social problems, in government or for a political party.  
 

In a rapidly changing career landscape, graduates will find exciting opportunities in a range of roles, including some that may not exist yet. Some roles include:   

• Lawyer

• Legal Research Officer

The Bachelor of Laws, in conjunction with the required Professional Legal Training (such as Bond’s Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice) is an approved degree for admission as a legal practitioner in all Australian jurisdictions.
 

It prepares graduates to pursue legal careers in the public or private sector, as solicitors, barristers, government lawyers and in-house counsel. Bond Law graduates are employed in top-tier firms throughout Australia and overseas, including Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the UK and the USA.
 

Legal qualifications are also an excellent foundation for high level careers in a diverse range of related fields including finance, accounting, management consulting, human resources, politics, investment banking, advocacy, the police force and the criminal justice system.
