About
Babel International College (BIC) was founded in 2012 by Nicole Zhou and Thomas Ling, who are experienced translators and interpreters. They established BIC to provide high-quality training in translation and interpreting to meet the growing demand for such training. In 2016, BIC became a Registered Training Organisation which allowed the college to offer reputable T&I training courses.
Since then, the college has become a leading provider of T&I training in Western Australia, with many students successfully passing the certification tests administered by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters. In 2018, BIC received an endorsement for its outstanding pass rates. Today, it aims to maintain its leadership in the T&I training field and expand its course offerings to become one of the premier private education providers in Western Australia.
