The university of Central Oklahoma is the third-largest university in Oklahoma. The purpose of the scholarship is to provide world-class education to all the deserving applicants world wide. It has over 17,000 students and nearly 434 full-time and 400 adjunct professors. The grant is open for the academic session 2021-2022.

Value of the University of Central Oklahoma -  President’s Leadership Council 2021-22:

• Successful applicants will receive scholarship amount worth $45,500.

• To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria: 

• Must be an incoming freshman with a minimum grade point average of 3.00 and active participation in three or more student organizations.
• Must not have earned any college or post-high school credit hours.
• Must be an emphasis on Organizational Leadership.

There are three ways to be selected to receive a seat on the President's Leadership Council (PLC) or Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Council, as an incoming freshman, transfer or continuing University of Central Oklahoma student. The selection process includes a review of the submitted application and an interview for finalists by a committee comprised of Leadership Central and other university staff.
