The University of Leeds is offering International Science and Engineering Scholarships in UK, 2020 to students who have obtained a place on one of the undergraduate courses offered by the Faculty of Biological Sciences.

Value of University of Leeds - International Science and Engineering Scholarships in UK, 2020:

• The successful applicants of the University of Leeds - International Science and Engineering Scholarships in UK, 2020 will receive GBP 2,000 per year for up to four years.

• Self-funding students are eligible to apply.
• Applicants of University of Leeds - International Science and Engineering Scholarships in UK, 2020 must be newly enrolling students entering into level 1.
• Applicants should be classified as 'international' for fee purposes.
• They must not be in receipt of other scholarships offered by the University.
• Candidates applying for University of Leeds - International Science and Engineering Scholarships in UK, 2020 should secure 60% and the scholarship will be withheld until the students secure 60% or above.
• The funding will not be provided during the industrial placement year or study abroad year unless it is a part of the program.
• Self-funding students who completed the International Foundation Year (IFY) at Leeds are also eligible.
• Recipients of the Deans scholarship are ineligible to apply.

Conditions

You must be self-funding, new to the University of Leeds, enter onto Level 1 and be classified as international for tuition fee purposes. You must not be in receipt of any other University of Leeds award. You must achieve a yearly attainment percentage of 60% or above with all modules passed at the first attempt. The scholarship will be withheld in a year if you fail to achieve 60%, but will be reinstated the following year if your performance recovers to 60% or over. £2,000 will be awarded per year of study. You won’t receive the scholarship for the industrial placement year or study abroad year. If you’re a self-funding student who’s successfully completed the International Foundation Year (IFY) at the University of Leeds you’ll also be eligible for this scholarship.
