Navsari Agricultural University, Gujarat invites applications for Navsari Agricultural University Gujarat Research Associateship and Junior Research Fellowship 2020 from master's degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, "Genetic Enhancement of Niche Crops of South Gujarat through Conventional and Biotechnological Approaches". The selected fellows will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 54,000 per month plus 10% HRA (for Research Associateship) and INR 8,000 plus 10% HRA (for Junior Research Fellowship).

To be eligible, an applicant must:

For Research Associateship:

• Be below 40 years of age (for Men) and 45 years (for Women)
• Hold a master degree+2 years of experience/PhD in Plant Breeding and Genetics
• Have specialization in Plant Breeding and Genetics

For Junior Research Fellowship:

• Hold a BSc in Agriculture Biotechnology / Biotechnology/ Microbiology
• Be below 35 years of age (for men) and 40 years (for women)
