The Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation (ECCI) offers two George David Family Scholarships, to prospective international students enrolling in eligible masters or PhD course of study at the University Of Edinburgh. 

Value of University Of Edinburgh - George David Family Scholarships in UK, 2021-22:

  • The recipient of George David Family Scholarships in UK 2021-22 will receive scholarship award of 8,000 pounds towards tuition fee.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must be nationals of, and resident in, Greece or Cyprus at the time of application.
  • Applicants must have applied and received acceptance in an eligible MSc programme or PhD in a subject related to the work of the ECCI from the University of Edinburgh.
  • The scholarship is open to part-time or full-time MSc or Ph.D. programme.

The scholarship will be awarded to a student who is accepted for admission onto an eligible part-time or full-time MSc or PhD programme at the University of Edinburgh commencing in 2021-2022.  Applicants must have applied for one of the following programmes:

  • an eligible MSc programme (see below): or
  • PhD in a subject related to the work of the ECCI

Applicants must be nationals of, and resident in, Greece or Cyprus at the time of application.

  • LLM Global Environment and Climate Change Law
  • MSc Carbon Finance
  • MSc Carbon Management
  • MSc Energy, Society and Sustainability
  • MSc Marine Systems and Policies

Applicants who have already commenced their programme of study on the closing date or studying part-time intermittent or by online learning are not eligible for this scholarship.
