Scholarship Overview
The UniScholarz Star Student Scholarship is a student-specific scholarship meant for academically brilliant female students who wish to pursue higher education anywhere in the world. This scholarship places great emphasis on under-represented populations, particularly women and minorities. Female international students are encouraged to apply for the UniScholarz Star Student Scholarship so that they can get a head start on their overseas education dreams.
Shortlisting Process
The selection of scholars for the Star Student Scholarship involves a multi-stage process. The scholars will be selected after a thorough assessment of the merit of all the applicants. Other factors such as community service, leadership qualities, and levels of motivation will also be taken into consideration. The selection process includes:
- Screening of scholarship applications based on merit
- Telephonic interviews for further shortlisting of candidates
Terms and Conditions
- Before we award the scholarship, the winner will be required to verify their academic enrollment status by providing a copy of their most recent transcript.
- The scholarship winner needs to be in the country of his/her university in order to receive the award.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be a female international student
- Have excellent academic grades
- Demonstrate superior extracurricular achievement
- Have obtained or be on the verge of completing their undergraduate degree with a Baccalaureate from an accredited college/university, or its equivalent.
- Be matriculated at an accredited university abroad for the upcoming academic year starting 2021, and must maintain full-time status for the duration of the Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree.
How To Apply
Applications for the UniScholarz Star Student Scholarship can only be submitted using the UniScholarz online application system. The deadline for applications is 24th Feb 2022. Results will be declared on 5th April 2022.
