Scholarship Overview

The UniCreds We the Future Scholarship aims to provide foundational support to Indian students who wish to live their dreams of studying at an accredited university in the UK. Indian students currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the UK or beginning an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the UK are eligible to apply. Being a merit-based scholarship, applicants will be judged on their academic excellence or any other merit like sports, extracurriculars they have to showcase to the world. 

Shortlisting Process

The selection of scholars for the UniCreds We the Future Scholarship involves a multi-stage process. The scholars will be selected after a thorough assessment of the merit of all the applicants. The selection process includes:

  • Screening of scholarship applications based on merit 
  • Telephonic interviews for further shortlisting of candidates

Terms and Conditions

  • Before we award the scholarship, the winner will be required to verify their academic enrollment status by providing a copy of their most recent transcript.
  • The scholarship winner needs to be in the country of his/her university in order to receive the award.

 

Eligibility

Applicants must: 

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be an Indian student of the university or going to be enrolled for the current academic session at a university in the UK. 
  • Have a strong academic background.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0
  • Be pursuing or will commence any UG/ PG course overseas in a recognized university/college in the UK. This scholarship cannot be availed for studying in India.
  • Be matriculated at an accredited university abroad for the upcoming academic year starting 2021, and must maintain full-time status for the duration of the Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree.

 

How To Apply

Application Process

Applications for the UniCreds We the Future Scholarship can only be submitted using the UniScholarz online application system. The deadline for applications is 5th Nov 2021. Results will be declared on 15th Dec 2021

  • Proof of admission (college ID card/Bonafide certificate/current academic year fee receipt/etc.)

  • Proof of enrollment
