Walailak University, Thailand invites applications for PhD Excellent Scholarship (PE Scholarship) from students applying to a three-year and four-year PhD program at Walailak University. Selected candidates will be able to receive a full tuition fee waiver for their PhD programs at the university.

The selected scholarship will receive a full waiver on tuition fee for the international PhD programs at Walailak University, Thailand.

Documents

Following documents are required for application:

• CV
• A certified copy of the bachelor’s degree transcript
• A certified copy of the master’s degree transcript
• A certified copy of the bachelor’s degree graduation transcript
• A certified copy of the master’s degree graduation transcript
• A copy of the first page of the research publications
• A copy of TOEFL, IELTS score report
• A copy of Passport’s master page or national ID
• Application fee (500 THB) payment details
• Approval copy for a full-time PhD study from last academy’s affiliation 
• Two letters of recommendation from faculty members of higher academic institutions

To be eligible, an applicant must:

• Have an outstanding academic record with GPAX
  • greater than or equal to 3.50/4.00 for Master degree holder, OR
  • greater than or equal to 3.25/4.00 for Bachelor degree holder
• Be seeking admission to a three-year PhD program and four-year PhD program in one of the streams
  • Science
  • Management
  • Engineering
  • Health Science
  • Agriculture
• Be committed as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Research Assistant (RA)
