Scholarship Overview
Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), Netherlands invites applications for Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarships 2020 from excellent international applicants admitted to one of TU Delft’s MSc programmes. 2 scholarships per faculty are available under this scheme. Selected scholars will get the benefit of up to EUR 30.000 per year that includes full tuition fees per year and contribution for living expenses.
Benefits
The selected scholars will receive EUR 30.000 per year (for Non-EU/EFTA students) and EUR 11. 500 per year (for EU/EFTA students). This includes -
- Full tuition fees per year
- Contribution to living expenses
- Membership to the scholarship club giving access to personal development, workshops, seminars, etc.

- An original or certified copy of official academic transcript(s)
- English Language Certificate - TOEFL iBT, IELTS (academic version), Cambridge Assessment English - C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency
- Motivation letter
- Curriculum vitae
- Identity proof
- Two reference letters
- Portfolio, if applicable
- GRE, if applicable

Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be an excellent international applicant (conditionally) admitted to one of the 2-year Regular TU Delft’s MSc programmes
- Have obtained a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 80 percent or higher of the scale maximum in the bachelor’s degree from an internationally renowned university outside The Netherlands
