Scholarship Overview
Jawaharlal Nehru University is inviting applications for the JNU School of Computational and Integrative Sciences Junior Research Fellowship 2021 from postgraduate degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project entitled, “Invading Nucleosome: Understanding How Cells Recruit Proteins at Target DNA Sites (Reference Number: CRG/2019/001001)''. The selected fellows will receive a consolidated salary of INR 31,000 per month for the JRF period and INR 35,000 per month for the SRF period.

The selection will be based on applicant's qualification & experience and their performance in the interview.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated to appear for the interview at SCIS, JNU and no other communications in this regard will be entertained.
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must-
- Have a consistently good academic record
- Have qualified NET/GATE
- Hold an MSc degree in Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Bioinformatics/ Biophysics or allied basic and inter-disciplinary science subjects
