Value of Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) - Student Exchange Support Program in Japan, 2020:

The successful applicants of the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) - Student Exchange Support Program in Japan, 2020 will receive JPY 80,000 per month.

Eligibility

Students from all countries that have diplomatic relations with Japan.（Students from Taiwan and Palestine are acceptable.）
Students accepted by Japanese school under a student exchange agreement or other student exchange arrangement with their home school. Applicants must have excellent academic and personal records at their home institution/school.
Candidates must require financial support to study in Japan.
Candidates applying for JASSO Student Exchange Support Program, 2020 must complete their studies at their home school after finishing their study in Japan.
Applicants must qualify for 'student visa'.
In case students receive multiple numbers of scholarships to study in Japan, the total of all the funds received must not exceed the amount of this scholarship.
Applicants cannot receive more than scholarship from the Japanese Government.

How To Apply

Applications for the scholarship will be accepted only from Japanese school.
Upon screening the application documents submitted by Japanese school, JASSO will decide the programs to support and notice the results.
The selection method of scholarship recipients is different from each school and each program. For further information and inquiry, students are advised to ask each home school.
