International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) Scholarship
Scholarship Overview
The University of Oregon invites applications for ICSP Scholarship 2021 from new and current students of the university. This scholarship aims to support students having exceptional merit and in need of financial support. Selected students will get a tuition fee waiver.

The selected students will receive tuition fee waiver ranging from 0 - 15 non-resident academic credits per term.

Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon
- Not be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or eligible to receive U.S. federal financial assistance
- Demonstrate financial need and meet the minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA requirement
- Agree to complete 80 hours per year of cultural service as required by the program
How To Apply
For new students -
Step 1: Apply for Admission to the University of Oregon before applying for scholarships.
Step 2: An invitation email will be sent to the registered email id to enter the UO Scholarship Dashboard. This happens within a week of submitting your application for admissions.
Step 3: Log in to the UO Scholarship Dashboard and submit the General Application, ISSS Endowed Scholarships Application and the ICSP Scholarship Application.
