The Flying Start degree program at Newcastle University Business School is a partnership with PwC and ICAEW. The Newcastle University committed to supporting talented women interested in pursuing a career as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant. The university has initiated a Diversity in Accounting and Finance Scholarship. We'll award this scholarship (worth £4,000) to an exceptional candidate who holds an offer for our Business Accounting and Finance degree.

Value of Diversity in Accounting and Finance Scholarship 2021:

Successful applicants of the Diversity in Accounting and Finance Scholarship 2021 will receive a scholarship worth £4,000, applied as a £1,000 tuition fee discount per year across four years.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must have completed the scholarship application form including submitting an essay of no more than 1,500 words in response to the question listed (submissions must be in English).
  • Applicants must hold an offer of admission for 2021 entry to Business Accounting and Finance BA Honours Flying Start (NN14) degree.
  • Applicants must achieve the conditions of your offer.
  • Applicants must identify as female.
  • Applicants must hold an English language qualification of IELTS 7.0 or its equivalent with no subskill below 5.5 if their first language is not English.
