Church of Scotland Scholarship 2020 will provide funding for an applicant from mainland China to undertake a postgraduate programme of theological study in 2020-2021. Applicants must be approved by the China Christian Council. 

Value of the scholarship:

  • This scholarship covers variable costs towards tuition fees and accommodation, for each year of the prescribed period of the degree programme, subject to satisfactory academic progress.

Applicants should note that as well as completing the scholarship application they should upload a statement of support from the China Christian Council prior to the scholarship deadline. The last date for Church of Scotland Scholarship 2020 application is 6th April.

Eligibility

  • The scholarship is open to applicants who are both nationals and residents of mainland China.
  • Applicants should be accepted to any postgraduate programme within the School of Divinity.  
  • Applicants must upload a statement of support from the China Christian Council.
