Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi invites applications for Banaras Hindu University Varanasi National Medicinal Plants Board Junior Research Fellowship 2021 from postgraduate degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project entitled, “Mycotoxins, fungal and heavy metals contamination of selected herbal raw materials and efficacy of some traditionally used plant products as mycotoxins suppressors during post-harvest processing". The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 25,000 per month plus 4,000 HRA (16 per cent HRA) as per rules.

To be eligible, an applicant must -

• Not be more than 28 years of age
• Hold an MSc degree in Botany or Microbiology or Applied Microbiology
• Be NET/GATE qualified
