Program Overview
Accounting disclosures and financial reports are vital to business analysis and decision-making. They equip managers, owners and investors with highly valuable information to use in monitoring the effectiveness of a firm or organisation.This joint degree programme will enable you to develop a broad understanding of the theory and practice of both disciplines and apply your knowledge and skills in the real work context. The core accounting modules will give you a sound understanding of accounting methods and financial management techniques designed to assess and improve company-level financial performance, while elective modules will cover the broad range of business and management subjects, the role of financial markets and institutions, company valuation, and corporate governance and accountability.

- A-Level Grades AAA at A-Level. Excludes General Studies, Critical Thinking and Use of Mathematics.
- IB International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum of 36 points overall, including 6,6,6 from three Higher Level subjects. This must include a minimum of 4 in Standard Level Mathematics.
- Access HE We consider applications from students with the Access to Higher Education Diploma. The minimum academic requirement is to achieve 60 credits overall, with 45 credits at Level 3, of which 30 credits must be at Distinction and 15 credits at Merit or higher. Applications are considered on a case by case basis. Due to the high volume of applications, we do not make offers of study purely on the basis of meeting grade requirements.
- GCSE Minimum five GCSE passes including English and Maths at grade C or 4.
