The Brunel Business Finance MSc aims to give graduates a comprehensive knowledge of the theories and practices of business financial operations within the context of modern financial markets.You’ll study the design and processes of corporate financial systems, analyse financial and investment decision-making, and examine how firms interact with financial markets and institutions.You’ll learn about valuation, optimal capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, derivatives, finance microstructure and taxation as well as the econometric and mathematical techniques necessary to undertake empirical investigations and data modelling.

Modules
A 2:1 (or above) UK Honours degree of equivalent internationally recognised qualification) in Economics, Banking Finance, Investment, Accounting, Business (or combinations of these) with quantitative methods at least at L4, or a 2:1 in Mathematical or Scientific degrees.
Also welcome applicants with a high 2:2 (minimum 55%) in the above degree courses with 2:1 grades in all relevant modules i.e. all modules in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, and Finance
Applicants with 2:1 degrees not in the specified subject area will be considered on an individual basis by the Admissions Tutor. This could include applicants in subjects other than the above, and those with a high 2.2.
Applicants with relevant professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) will be considered on an individual basis.'
