There are\u00a0 many countries that offer postgraduate scholarships for students. We will take you through popular scholarship programmes from different countries so that you can pick one of your choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>AUSTRALIA &#8211; Australian Awards Scholarships<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Australian government has taken an initiative to help students from the developing countries, particularly those from the Indo-Pacific region to undertake full time undergraduate or postgraduate studies in Australian universities and TAFE institutions. These merit-based PG scholarships are available in multiple disciplines except the fields of flying aircraft, nuclear technology or military training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scholarship Value:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This scholarship is administered by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and covers full tuition fees, return air travel, establishment allowance, contribution to living expenses, Overseas Student Health Cover, Introductory Academic Programme fees and Pre-course English fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>WOMEN &#8211; Zonta International<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zonta International is a scholarship programme directed towards promoting the rights, wellbeing and professional status of women worldwide. It is one of the PG scholarships of its kind providing opportunities for girl students. Under this programme, there are two types of scholarships provided namely:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;The Jane M Klausman Women in Business Scholarship which awards annual graduate scholarships for women studying business management at the masters\u2019 level.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0The Amelia Earhart Fellowship is for women studying at PhD level in the aerospace field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The recipients of the scholarship are required to be a part of the Zonta club. They will be awarded an amount of USD $8,000 to support their higher studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>CANADA &#8211; Ontario Graduate Scholarships<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ontario Graduate Scholarship is one of the most sought-after PG scholarships. It is a programme funded by the Canadian government to encourage students to pursue their postgraduate studies from public universities in Ontario. While the government offers two-thirds of the funding, the universities offer the rest one-thirds. These <a href=\"https:\/\/unischolars.com\/blog\/merit-based-scholarships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">merit-based scholarships<\/a> are awarded to outstanding applicants demonstrating excellent academic reports. It is offered at a value of $10,000 if the student opts for a two-term duration or at $15,000 if it is for three terms. The HEA awards an amount of 10,000 euros for one study year. It covers student costs as well as living costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The GOI \u2013 IES scholarship is amongst the top PG scholarships in Ireland and is awarded to increase international engagement. It is awarded to&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High calibre higher education students from the non EU\/EEA countries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To students to study in Ireland for a period of one year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The scholarship amount is provided by the HEA to the host institution of the scholar and the institution then provides the stipend amount in two equal instalments to the students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>SINGAPORE &#8211; Nanyang Scholarship<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nanyang scholarship is awarded by the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) to outstanding students who have excelled not only in their academics but have also demonstrated strong leadership potential and possess great co-curricular records.
